Terms and Conditions

• We confirm we have a level, solid area to place the hot tub at least 2.5 meters diameter

• We confirm an outdoor hose or indoor hose within 10 meters of hot tub placement

• We confirm we have a standard electrical plug socket within 3 metres of the hot tub placement

• The hire equipment is your responsibility, any damage will result in extra charges

• Children under 12 years old must be supervised at all times

• UNDER 5’s must not use the hot tub

DEPOSIT NON-REFUNDABLE

• A £50 cash damage deposit is due on delivery, this will be refunded on pick up

• The final balance is due either in cash on delivery or by BACS 3 days before delivery

• Pregnant woman are not advised to use the hot tub

• We will set up the tub and get the water connected. Once this is done, we will leave you to fill the tub up. This can take about 2 hours

• If you experience problems on your hire which cannot be fixed or resolved by us, we will refund, part refund or offer a free hire

We come out the day before your hire starts to set the tub up ready to go for the first day of hire.
